Program Policies

1. Program Fees:

  • The fee for the “Plant-Based Healing: The Risks and Benefits of Cannabis for Mental Health” training is set at $200 per participant.

2. Payment Deadline:

  • Payment for the training is required in full at the time of registration or before the training start date. Participants will only be considered registered upon receipt of full payment.

3. Non-Refundable Fees:

  • All program fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, participants are committed to attending the training on the scheduled date.

Participant Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event that a registered participant needs to cancel their attendance, they must notify the program coordinator in writing as soon as possible.

5. Opportunity for Rescheduling:

  • Participants who cancel their registration will be offered the opportunity to reschedule and attend the same training at a later date. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and should be discussed with the program coordinator.

6. Rescheduling Deadline:

  • If a participant starts the training but is unable to complete it due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be eligible for a partial rescheduling of the training. The rescheduling request should be made in writing and discussed with the program coordinator.

This is great. Please rewrite with removing substitute attendees. In addition please add scheduling deadlines to be 24 hours in advance. Registrants will receive the online zoom link 24 hours before the training.
